A Fall detox will keep your immune system healthy and protected you from colds by preparing your organs for the colder month.

Start with a colonic so by the time you go into your detox, you won’t have all this “stuff” sitting in your digestive system causing you discomfort.

During your detox or water fast, all these things will start to soften. That is why I recommend doing a colon cleanse during and after your cleanse as well, to help remove what’s been released.

The whole point of doing a detox is cleaning EVERYTHING out and taking your health to the next level.

5 day Cleanse

Ideally, you are removing sugar, wheat and alcohol from your diet.The most simple and effective foods to eat are those that do not come in a box, bag, can or jar. Essentially, whole foods plucked right from our earth.

Stick with fall fruits and vegetables. I personally like fruit juice in the morning and vegetable juices in the afternoon, i will have 1 meal a day with yummy fall vegetables. Cooked and raw vegetables, leaf greens, squash and some cooked root vegetables, towards the end i start introducing whole grains. Stay away from sweets and animal foods and stay on a plant diet for minimum of 5 days. If juice is to cold for you, you can always do soups, squash soup, pumpkin soup etc.

Remember when your mom told you to eat something green every day? Do it. And make sure some are leafy greens like kale, spinach, arugula and even wheatgrass or blue green algae. The chlorophyll will boost your digestive tract to eliminate toxins.

Avocado, olive oil and flax seed oil are high in Omega-3s which help lube up the intestinal walls and absorb the toxins.

Garlic it may be stinky, but by just adding raw or cooked garlic to your food you’re helping to filter out residual toxins.

LOTS and LOTS of H2O, if you want your liver to perform at its highest potential in processing toxins, water is essential. For the average adult, 2 litres of water (preferably filtered, if possible) will be most beneficial.

Exercice, walk make your body move.

If juicing is difficult for you, we can always recommend package store cleanses,  however i will stick with a plant diet for the full cleanse time.
